JT was just on SNL. He decided to perform his SNL hit "Dick in a Box" with Andy Samberg during his recent concert in NYC. That's where the funnyman aspect comes from. Plus, there's always rumors about Justin and weed. SOooo. I figured you'd take weed rumors + SNL hit + NYC concert x a music star people care about = decent NY Post blind item.
