Adopted babies are the new black
First Brangelina, then Meg Ryan, now the Queen herself. Everybody wants babies. Soon there'll be a longer waiting list for little Africans than for Birkin bags.
It's unfortunate she won't be giving birth. Doesn't seem right to have boobs like that and not use 'em.
