Anorexia Chronicles: The opposite of cankle
I always thought the opposite of a cankle was just a regular ankle...until I saw these things on Nicole Richie. I don't even know what to call them. They're like ana-kles or something.

My ankles are tiny like that too......think about it...she's look ridiculous with fat ankles.. They are in proportion with her legs. Looks to me like she is slowly filling out....though I'm sure she is still a bitch.
