I happen to know Josh and Fergie and that girl in the thong is his friend's girlfriend. He had to of his male friends and their girlfriends over to his pool last sundy and some sicko stalker neighbor took only pics of the women, and it looks like he got creative with the pics too!
Fergie is aware of the pics and saw them and knows the girls, and they are both fine and still a couple.
Josh was not cheating, and they are not split!
