Not that there's anything wrong with that

We've all heard the rumors for years, that Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King have been in a lesbian relationship for years, and that Stedman is the decoy. Well, they finally decided to set the record straight (haha) and deny it in print. Gayle says "The truth is, if we were gay, we would tell you, because there's nothing wrong with being gay."

I don't doubt them, but I also don't doubt that they've both skipped the hot dog and gone straight for the bun from time to time. The bigger question, though, is why powerful women are often "accused" of being lesbians. Hillary Clinton, Condi Rice, Queen Latifa, Missy Elliot, Jodie Foster, Ellen Degeneres. . . Oh, wait. I guess it's because they are.
