Got An Hour to Kill?

As if there's not already enough TV to get hooked on, I'm throwing out another show you HAVE to see. It's called Dexter and it's on Showtime. I recommend dishing out the extra $10 if you don't get that premium channel. The show is worth it. Plus, you can always watch boxing. Lots and lots of boxing. And Weeds. Not that I watch either but it's an option. Here's the deal: The new suspenseful and dramatic series follows Dexter Morgan (Hall), an incredibly likeable forensics expert for the Miami Metro Police Department, who also happens to be a serial killer -- but one with his own moral code in that he only kills people who can't otherwise be brought to justice. On that point alone, you just might find yourself on Dexter's side, but he also happens to be incredibly charming to women, and an all-around friendly guy. DEXTER is based on the novel by Jeff Lindsay, “Darkly Dreaming Dexter.” "Dexter is the unusual exploration into the mind of a sociopathic killer – whom, in spite of his vigilante justice, the audience will find incredibly sympathetic and charismatic,” said Robert Greenblatt, Showtime President of Entertainment. “The power of this show, and the strength of Michael C. Hall’s brilliant acting, is what sets it apart from anything else on television and makes it perfect for SHOWTIME. I’m thrilled to be reunited with Michael, after working together on ‘Six Feet Under.'" (he played the gay brother on that show)

Seriously, I've never wanted to date a serial killer until I saw this show. ...or maybe I just have a cruch on Michael C. Hall. You can check out the first two episodes in their entirety online. Just click here. Oh, and I should mention that it was just picked up for another season!
