On January 24th, actor Chris Penn, Sean Penn's brother, died at the age of 40. It turns out that a scuffle broke out at the funeral, and police
say that the photographer that was attacked is lodging a criminal complaint against actor Mark Ruffalo, who allegedly ripped the video card from the photographers camera! RIP Chris!

Sean Penn has a history of reckless aggression with photographers. This dude's 45 years old, an Oscar winner, and he's still acting like the 20-something-sorry-ass-roughneck that got dumped by Madonna for the same reason. Creature of habit I guess. I'm sure your brother wouldn't have it any other way.
