God, the powder wig look is like SO 18th century. Why does she think she can bring that back in style? Looks like she went to Claire's and bought some of that wash-out highlighter for little kids that you apply with the mascara wand. Little kid hair highlighter is hot. PS. She totally forgot to fake tan her face.
