And you thought Nick Lachey was the only 98 Degrees band member with PROL-EMS. Think again, my friend. TMZ has obtained the video of former 98 Degrees member Jeff Timmons being arrested for DUI and driving without a lisence on April 23rd.

Listen closely... you can hear Jeff mouthing off to the officer...

"Don't violate my civil rights," he says at one point.
"I only had two beers," he continued, after telling the officer that he'd already had "a lot" to drink that night.

At one point, the officer tells Jeff, "Do me a favor... Put your arms down by your side."

Yah, do me a favor... sing me a line from "I Do... (Cherish You)." COME ON... DO IT! PUHLEESE?
