Brian super-hot-in-some-pictures-and-used-to-be-a-porn-star-Heidik, 38 year-old winner of Survivor: Thailand was arrested early Tuesday morning on misdemeanor battery and animal cruelty charges after his wife called Hot-lanta police to report that her angry husband shot a puppy with a bow and arrow.

Heidik, whose pornstar name was David Roth, before claiming the million-dollar Survivor prize, has since stated that he thought he had come across a fox or a coyote.
