Lindsay Lohan's rich-ass boyfriend of like three weeks recently made a pit-stop at Cartier before their little trip to Hawaii. Was he buying an engagment ring? Lindsay and Harry attended the premier of her new movie "Bobby" in Venice, Italy today and she has a suspicious looking ring on a certain finger.
