Anna Nicole's Drama Still Haunting This World

No joke - I woke up this morning thinking "it's really nice that the Anna Nicole top tag has become smaller and smaller." It only took like a year for the drama to die down. Then immediately following that thought, the magical drama fairy swooped down from the sky and dropped the following Larry Birkhead/Howard K. Stern/Dannielynn story onto my lap:

In a stunning and expensive turnaround, OK! magazine yesterday dumped its Anna Nicole Smith poster boy, Larry Birkhead. The glossy was to have featured exclusive coverage of baby Dannielynn's first-birthday party as part of a $1.7 million access deal. But bombshell allegations in a book about Birkhead's custody fight with lawyer Howard K. Stern, set to be released next week, caused OK! to cut the relationship. "My biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all," editor Sarah Ivens said in a statement yesterday. It is strongly rumored that "Blonde Ambition," written by Rita Cosby, will indicate the two men, who both claimed to father the baby, struck a backroom deal. "The newly obtained allegations are detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating," the magazine's publicist said. "It makes it impossible for OK!, in good conscience, to promote this family's highly questionable relationship in our pages."

Larry says OK! is just pissed that he and Dannielynn were on the cover of last week's US Weekly and OK! has been threatening him. I believe that. OK! seems to have a serious case of PMS lately. First they rip apart Britney, now Larry. Meow. On a side note, who didn't think that Larry and Howard had some sort of backroom deal? Not me. I'm sure it involves a lot of money and maybe a little toe tapping. These two are going to exploit that little darling to kingdom come.

Sen. Larry Craig, R-Idaho, has stepped down from his role in Mitt Romney's presidential campaign after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from his arrest at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Craig was apprehended June 11 by a plainclothes police officer investigating complaints of lewd behavior in an airport men's room. The arresting officer noted: “At 1216 hours, Craig tapped his right foot. I recognized this as a signal used by persons wishing to engage in lewd conduct. Craig tapped his toes several times and moves his foot closer to my foot. I moved my foot up and down slowly. While this was occurring, the male in the stall to my right was still present. I could hear several unknown persons in the restroom that appeared to use the restroom for its intended use. The presence of others did not seem to deter Craig as he moved his right foot so that it touched the side of my left foot which was within my stall area.” Craig stated “that he has a wide stance when going to the bathroom and that his foot may have touched mine,” the report states. Craig also told the arresting officer that he reached down with his right hand to pick up a piece of paper that was on the floor. “It should be noted that there was not a piece of paper on the bathroom floor, nor did Craig pick up a piece of paper,” the arresting officer said in the report.

Every morning I'd breathe a sigh of relief she was still alive." Lee spoke out after seeing our pictures of drunken Lindsay last week, pretending to cut a pal's throat with a kitchen knife. But any weapon — even a gun — doesn't faze her if she's gagging for cocaine. "In April she asked me to take her to her dealer in Beverly Hills. I knew if I refused she'd go alone — so I took her.

"He was waiting for her in some bushes. Suddenly she started screaming and punching him for selling her short. "He pulled a gun. I got out and he threatened to shoot me unless I got her to back off — but she kept hitting him. Luckily he got distracted and I punched him down. "I dragged Lindsay into the car and drove off but she was screaming at me to go back. It was like Pulp Fiction. I knew then she was just too dangerous to be around." Lee reveals how he often drove Lindsay to join her pal Nicole Richie, 24, for cocaine binges. "Nobody was as wild as Lindsay," he says. "But Nicole came close. Sometimes Paris Hilton would be there but the most I saw her do was drink and strip.

"One night Lindsay and Nicole were making trip after trip to the bathroom — she wouldn't snort in front of me because she knew I'd get mad. "But the more wasted they got the less she cared. In the end they carried in a mirror from the bedroom, laid it on the coffee table and emptied a mountain of coke onto it. They went at the stuff with straws, hoovering it all up then piling more on. "I tried to tell Lindsay to stop but she just told me it was cool. After ten hours I'd had enough and threatened to throw the mirror out of the window. I had to carry her out to the car." But that was no surprise — Lee had been carrying her home since first night he began working for her. His first job was to take her to a party in Beverly Hills. "She'd been snorting all night," he recalls. "As soon as they walked into the party she was snorting more. She got on the coffee table and danced, flinging her dress above her head, her eyes rolling about all over the place. "I told the guy providing the drugs to stop and he just said, ‘No way, Lindsay will go berserk'. Then she started screaming at people and swinging her fists around at anyone near her. "At the start of the night she seemed such a fun-loving, angelic girl but under the influence of drugs she was psychotic. It was 10.30am the next day by the time I carried her to bed."

And when she wasn't snorting coke, she was snogging GIRLS. "She used boys for drugs and girls for thrills," says Lee. "I lost count of the women she took back to her hotel room from clubs. "I even saw her try to grope Mariah Carey's bottom and boobs one night as they danced. One time I went to look for her in a club bathroom and found her in the corner French-kissing a girl." When she wasn't snogging them she was just as likely to attack them. One night, paranoid Lindsay went for blonde actress Jessica Simpson in a club. Lee says: "Jessica was sat with her pals and Lindsay became convinced she was shooting her dirty looks. "She jumped over the table and dived at Jessica pulling her hair out. I had to pull her off her."

As Lindsay spiralled more and more out of control she started to self-harm, cutting her wrists with a knife. "One night I looked at her hands and wrists and noticed they had bright red wounds all over them," says Lee. "She tried to tell me she had fallen but when I looked her in the eyes and demanded to know the truth she just broke down. "She told me, ‘I don't belong on this planet any more'. She said she cut herself because she did not think life was worth living. "The pictures in your paper of her fooling with knives show how disturbing her behavior is." So do today's pictures taken of her partying in her messy booze-littered room, half-dressed, looking painfully thin and spaced out. They emerge just weeks after Lindsay went into rehab for the second time in six months after crashing her Mercedes into a tree.

Lee — who earned £1,500 a week as her bodyguard — is now writing his memoirs about the years he spent minding stars, including Kim Basinger, Brad Pitt, Eddie Murphy, Pamela Anderson, Jamie Foxx and Hollywood's most infamous drug addict Robert Downey Jr. But the minder, who also tells of his adventures on his website leetweaver.com, says Lindsay was the biggest handful of all of them. "I'd never even heard of her when I was asked to do the job. She was only 18 but guarding her was a nightmare and the stress it put me under was unbearable. "I would pray every night she wouldn't kill herself on my watch. "I desperately hope she stops doing drugs but I fear that will only happen when either she kills someone else with her reckless ways — or kills herself."

Lindsay Lohan just can't seem to stop partying - and, unluckily for her, word on the street is that someone may have recorded her revelry with a cellphone video camera. We can't divulge what Lohan was allegedly caught doing, but if true, it won't sit well with her younger fans. Apparently, all the naughtiness went down last week at a party at a private house in Beverly Hills that was also attended by her frenemy Paris Hilton, shipping heir Stavros Niarchos and Ryan Seacrest. At one point, the party was disrupted by a huge rat that ran into several rooms, causing revelers to scream, drop their drinks and run, until Niarchos kicked the rodent out onto a balcony. A rep for Lohan told Page Six, "I have not heard of this."

Like are they talking about rat as in actual rodent or rat as in slang. Truthfully, rat as in a person who betrays others by denouncing to the authorities almost makes more sense to me in this case. Unless I’m just completely oblivious to Beverly Hills’ rampant rodent infestation. The thought of this is hilarious. As to Lohan’s crime - survey says: I think maybe giving head or making out with her lesbo DJ friend. Although I’m not totally ruling out lines of coke. However, the “younger fan” and “naughtiness” wording makes me tend to think it’s something sexual, not drug-related. What are your thoughs?

YOUR 15 MINUTES: Kids These Days…They’re Like Horny Little Porn Star Rabbits.

I recently published a compilation of current news stories involving over-the-top middle school scandals including: a principal dealing crystal meth at school, a principal buying crack at school, a teacher having sex with five boys, a 29 year-old sex offender posing as a 7^th grader and, my personal favorite, sixth graders who had sex in shop class.

Not to be outdone – the sluttiest fifth graders in the history of 11 year-olds had an orgy in front of their class while it was left unattended last week.

A high school teacher normally watches the fifth-grade class at the time, but went to an assembly for older students and the class, which had around 10 other students, was inadvertently left unattended for about 15 minutes. When no teacher showed up, four students began to have sex in the classroom with the other elementary students in the classroom with them. One student remained as a lookout. The students were arrested Tuesday at the Spearsville school in rural north Louisiana, authorities said. Two 11-year-old girls, a 12-year-old boy and a 13-year old boy were charged with obscenity, a felony. An 11-year-old boy, the alleged lookout, was charged with being an accessory. [source]

THIRTEEN is awfully old for a fifth grader. He’s going to be of legal drinking age in high school packing beer in his lunchbox – driving to middle school. What it must be like to have the sex drive of a modern fifth grader - 15 minutes and you manage to have a small orgy in front of a class. I'm not going to lie. I didn't even know about sex in fifth grade. Ok but seriously, when I was young and teachers didn’t show up for 15 minutes it meant we could talk….maybe pass a note or two. In college it meant class was cancelled and we could go home. My how things change.

A part-time Florida high school music teacher has run afoul of the school district because he is baring his bottom in a community theater production of "The Full Monty." Jason Brenner, 28, said Tuesday that he refused to quit the show at the Venice Little Theatre despite receiving a letter from the school district last week with the ultimatum that he either cover up, withdraw from the show or resign his job at Lemon Bay High School. He offered his resignation but is on paid leave pending a meeting with an administrator Thursday. "For me it's the principle of the thing, because I'm not letting anybody stifle my art," said Brenner, a fledgling musical director, vocal coach and performer who teaches music and chorus at the high school. Brenner stars as one of the out-of-work steel workers who strip to raise money in the stage adaptation of the hit British movie. They bare their bottoms briefly in the finale of the show. "Because teachers are held to a higher standard than most people, you have to look at how that affects the community and his role as a classroom teacher," said Barbara Melanson, the school district's director of human resources. Brenner has vowed to stay with the show through its final performance Sunday. The school district "been very nice about the whole thing," he said. "It's an unfortunate circumstance, but they've got to do what they've got to do, and I got to do what I got to do."

Seriously, where were these teachers when I went to school? Show it off, baby. Do they not know how much more popular that class will be? Everyone will be a music major in that school...

Principal charged with dealing crystal meth A middle school principal was charged with dealing crystal methamphetamine after police found the drug in his school office. John Acerra, 50, of Allentown, was arrested last Tuesday in his offichis offic a Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem, where police said they found him sitting at his desk watching gay pornography with meth on the desk. Police said they began investigating Acerra in early February after an informant told them that the principal was using and distributing the drug. Acerra was arrested in his office after allegedly selling drugs to the informant, authorities said. There was no indication that Acerra sold the drug to students, but Acerra did allegedly sell the drug from his school office after hours and on weekends, said Dennis Mihalopoulos, an agent with the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Principal Bought Crack in Middle School Office A middle school principal made a deal to buy $20 worth of crack cocaine in his office a few weeks ago while students were still on campus, authorities said. Anthony Giancola, 41, principal of Van Buren Middle School in Tampa, was arrested in the school lobby at 3:45 p.m. on Feb 22 after buying drugs from an undercover police officer, Tampa police spokeswoman Laura McElroy said. Giancola told the undercover officer he wanted to buy $200 worth of crack cocaine in his office at 7:30 p.m., McElroy said. Then Giancola allegedly decided he wanted only $20 worth of crack and wanted to meet while school was still in session, McElroy said.

Middle school teacher arrested for allegedly having sex with five boys A middle school teacher accused of having sex with at least five boys — some of them students at her school — was arrested Wednesday, authorities said. Police began investigating Allenna Williams Ward, 23, after school officials recovered a note containing inappropriate messages, said Clinton Public Safety Director John Thomas. Ward, who is married, had sexual encounters with the 14- and 15-year-old boys at various locations, including in the school, at a motel, in a park and behind a restaurant, from December to this month, according to arrest warrants. Some of the victims were students at Ward's school, Thomas said. Ward was placed on administrative leave with pay last Thursday, acting district Superintendent Laura Koskela said.

School district confirms sixth graders had sex in shop class School district officials in Indianapolis have confirmed a disturbing case of sixth graders engaging in intercourse in a shop class, all while a teacher was present. Warren Township Schools Associate Superintendent Jeff Swensson confirmed yesterday that the incident actually happened and that it has been kept under wraps since last November. No one, including the principal of the school, Raymond Park Middle, or the superintendent in charge of middle schools, would give interviews about the situation. The middle school superintendent did issue a written statement: "Two students were involved in inappropriate conduct in a lab class last semester. We have investigated the matter and taken appropriate action. The school corporation considers the matter closed and will have no further comment." Swensson told 13 Eyewitness News off camera that the teacher in question was clueless about the activity because another student acted as a "look-out." He said once the teacher was aware of what was going on in the class, action was taken, and that the students involved were all recommended for expulsion, but he did not know if the school board followed that recommendation. No report was made to police, and no school board member has made comment on the matter.

Registered Sex Offender Poses as a 7th Grade Student for 50 Days Acording to officials in Arizona, Neil Rodreick, a 29-year-old convicted sex offender, posed as a 12-year-old seventh grade student named 'Casey Price' at Rosefield Charter School for 50 days before anyone took notice of something suspicious. Unfortunately, it seems this was not the first time Rodreick has posed as a child. Rodreick was caught attempting to enroll in a middle school in Chino Valley, and it was later discovered he had successfully enrolled in two other Arizona middle schools as well. Whether Rodreick actually attended those other schools has not yet been determined. Rodreick was described by teachers and staff to be a quiet student who did well on his homework, ate lunch with other students, walked in the halls with them, and who had no disciplinary or behavioral problems. Staff members at the Arizona charter school finally called police to investigate a suspicious 'older-looking' student. To their surprise and embarrassment, and to the shock and outrage of parents, Neil Rodreick was discovered at the school, blending in amongst the students. Law enforcement deputies discovered Rodreick was living with 61 year old Lonnie Stiffler, who posed as Rodreick's grandfather. Another roommate, Robert Snow, also lived with Rodreick and Stiffler. Rodreick has been reported to have been sexually involved with both men (who were nasty, old and toothless) and it is believed both men thought Rodreick to be a 12 year old boy, having met him on the internet approximately two years before this incident. Both men were quoted by law enforcement officers as stating they were upset to learn they had been having sex with a grown man and not a 12-year-old boy.

Since Neil Rodreick likes to pretend to be 12 and will apparently have sex with ANYTHING, I think he and Allenna Williams Ward should start dating. She looks about 12, he could pretend to be 12, they could have sex, they could go rollerskating together and it would all still be perfectly legal. Neil and Allenna sitting in a tree M-O-L-E-S-T-I-N-G. I say give them all a lifetime sentence of detention. Take all the main characters out of these stories, put them into one school and you'd have one hell of an interesting middle school. Sex, drugs...we just need a band to do a guest appearance at an assembly...

More Than You Ever Wanted To Know About Anna Nicole - RIP

Following Anna Nicole Smith's death Thursday in Florida, many key questions remain:

How did she die?Unknown. An autopsy Friday and a toxicology test will ultimately decide cause of death. Smith had battled health problems recently and there was a nurse in the hotel room with her. It's not known why the nurse was there, but Smith was hospitalized in November for pneumonia and suffered flu-like symptoms before her death. Also, Cyril Wecht, the Smith-hired pathologist who believed Smith's son died of a combination of medication and a heart condition, says that Smith could have had the same heart problem.

What's the status of the inheritance? It had been looking good for Smith. She claimed her late husband, oil billionaire husband J. Howard Marshall II, promised her millions. After he died in 1995, she tangled with Marshall's son. A California bankruptcy judge awarded Smith $474 million, later overruled by a federal judge who reduced it to $88 million. An appeals court then ruled she was entitled to nothing because the federal courts lacked jurisdiction in a matter that should be handled in Texas state court. But the Supreme Court recently overturned that decision, and allowed lawyers to go the next round in federal court, which is where the case stands.

Would Dannielynn get the inheritance? Unknown. As Smith's only surviving child – son Daniel died three days after Danielynn's birth – the daughter is theoretically entitled to most if not nearly all of Smith's estate, including any inheritance. Smith's death, however, throws the already tangled inheritance fight into chaos. Also, it's still unknown whether Smith had a will, and, if so, what provisions she made for her daughter. If she died without a will, by law everything would go to Dannielynn. The matter likely will be tied up in courts for years.

Were Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith ever legally married? No. They had what they called a "commitment ceremony" on Sept. 28 in the Bahamas, but it was not legally binding under Bahamian or American law. "They were partners, soul mates," says Smith's lawyer.

Who is Dannielynn's father? Unclear. Both Stern and photographer Larry Birkhead, a former boyfriend of Smith's, claim paternity. Just the day before Smith's death, the judge in a suit brought by Birkhead ordered DNA tests of Smith and the baby to determine the father. Shortly after she died, Birkhead's lawyers sought an emergency order to have DNA taken from Smith's corpse, which Smith's attorney denounced as "the lowest form of behavior one could imagine."

Who will have custody of Dannielynn? For now, Stern. The question of custody is intertwined with paternity, and the courts will ultimately decide. Currently, Stern considers himself the father and is maintaining custody of the baby, though at the time of Smith's death, the child was in the Bahamas with friends of Smith.

Was she taking drugs at the time of her death? Yes, flu medication, according to a source. The toxicology test will determine whether she had been taking any other legal or illegal drugs. Smith also was under a psychiatrist's care, but it wasn't known whether she was taking drugs as part of her treatment.

Why was she in Florida? Apparently for vacation. Police say she was a "frequent patron" of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and had shot a TrimSpa video there last year. She had checked in on Monday and was scheduled to leave on Friday.

Is Stern a suspect? Not identified. Police have not even determined if there was foul play, much less identified anybody as a suspect. Stern had gone to Florida with Smith, but police have not disclosed whether he was in the hotel room with her when she collapsed.

How does this affect the investigation into her son's death? It doesn't. Bahamian authorities will go forward next month with the inquest into 20-year-old Daniel's death last September. Authorities want to hear from Stern, who was present during Daniel's death and was also with Anna Nicole during her trip to Florida.
